My journey into composition began with an unexpected fusion of passions. As a teenager, I found myself coding a video game and writing its music simultaneously. In those early hours of programming and composing, I discovered something profound: the transformative power of music meeting visual storytelling.
That early experience sparked more than just a career path – it ignited a lifelong fascination with how music elevates and transforms visual media. Today, this excitement drives every project I undertake, whether scoring a film, designing game audio, or collaborating across artistic disciplines.
My Musical DNA
I craft harmonically rich soundscapes that blend orchestral grandeur with electronic innovation. My sound has been shaped by the harmonic sophistication of smooth jazz, the emotional depth of orchestral music, and a constant exploration of new sonic possibilities.
Influences & Education:
My informal education came through deep dives into the works of composers who push boundaries – Austin Wintory's innovative game scores, Steve Reich's hypnotic minimalism, Thomas Newman's emotional depth, and Brian Eno's ambient landscapes. Formally, I refined my craft at the College-Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati and the European Academy of Fine Arts, where I developed a strong foundation in classical composition while exploring contemporary techniques.
Today, I continue to chase that same thrill I felt as a teenage composer-developer: the moment when music and visuals transcend their separate forms and become something greater together.
